Each Comprehensive Protocol is specifically curated by Dr. Kaisa and includes:

  • Individualized dietary suggestions specifically tailored to your body’s needs

  • Simple and attainable lifestyle recommendations to assist your healing

  • Personalized supplement suggestions designed around the results of your labs.

Here’s how it works

  • Order your preferred lab test through Dr. Kaisa’s Lab Shop. Not sure what test is right for you? Fill out this form and we will send you our recommendations.

  • Complete your testing with the test kit and instructions provided by our partners at Rupa Health.

  • Once we’ve received your results, Dr. Kaisa will begin creating your personalized comprehensive protocol. Protocols are typically sent within 5-10 business days of the date we receive your results.
