  • Our consultations are primarily telemedicine, however, Dr. Kaisa Coppola offers a limited number of in-person consultations by request.

  • Unfortunately, due to the nature of our practice and the rejection of alternative medicine by the insurance industry, we do not accept insurance. We strive to make optimal health accessible to everyone so please mention any budget constraints when scheduling and we will do our best to work with you.

  • Absolutely! Dr. Kaisa’s Lab Shop was designed to provide everyone access to the functional lab testing we offer to our patients - no strings attached. All lab tests are ordered through our partners at Rupa Health and we do not profit off of or mark up any of the tests we offer.

If you find you need additional support interpreting your lab results, you can always purchase one of our optional Digital Comprehensive Protocols or schedule a Virtual Lab Review with one of our doctors.

  • You are in full control of your health journey so ultimately, it’s up to you! After your first consultation, our doctors will provide you with an initial plan that can be followed for up to 3 months. After 3 months maximum, we highly recommend scheduling a consultation to follow up on your progress and allow our doctors to make any necessary adjustments to your plan.

They may also recommend repeating lab tests to monitor your progress and identify any changes your body is experiencing. Like with any other goal, consistency and accountability are key to seeing results.

  • This can vary depending on the complexity of your specific case, how much you invest in improving your health, and how consistently you follow your plan. For most people, you can expect to start feeling a difference in the first 3 months.

Significant changes can take anywhere from 6-24 months for some people. It’s also important to remember that healing is not always a linear journey. Sometimes factors out of your control can slow your progress but this is a normal part of the journey and we are here to help you through the highs AND the lows.
